I'm not sure I have an exact answer for you other than this; if/when this happens to me it's normally either because I haven't been doing a lot of playing, or I'm a bit run down. Either way the effect is the same as I think it's down to the amount of air I'm putting through the mouthpiece - not enough! Certainly the best way of getting rid of it immediately is to buzz/play only on the mouthpiece for a few minutes. I find it works EVERYTIME so certainly this will be the 'good remedy' you ask for to get rid. As for what really causes it, I've no idea. Perhaps your shoes are dirty?
