Hello team

Do you favour metal or plastic lackeys? the metal ones grate your valves, whilst the plastic ones wear down, leaving a swivvely valve, usually in the middle of a gig. What to do?

Also, is it true what my teacher says, that not practising your scales gives you piles and bad breath? How does he know, in any case, if he practises HIS scales as much as he says? Is my teacher A LIAR?

Are teachers, generally, economical with the truth?
